A Little Bit About Alex

Alex is an actor who has worked across multiple genres but is most experienced in musical theatre.
He has been training in acting since the age of four and has been working professionally since the year of 2017. At a young age, Alex attended various performing classes to hone his craft.
Over this time, he built up a lot of experience and a great love for acting and the arts.
On top of this, Alex is always found being musical at school where he is studying for GCSE Music and Level 2 BTEC Performing Arts.
His current agent is Amanda Andrews. Every month she runs a session at The Midlands Screen Acting School. Alex has found this very interesting and helpful. The class is also run by Oscar winning actress Rachel Shenton (All Creatures Great and Small, Hollyoaks & The Silent Child). The sheer volume of knowledge that Amanda and Rachel have is immense and Alex feels extremely lucky to be able to learn from these two and gain some of their knowledge.
From a very young age, his mind was made up that he wanted to become an actor. His parents were (and are) very encouraging. They told him to follow his dreams. So, Alex did just that having always been a firm believer that if you can dream it, then you can do it.
Therefore, he went to audition for his first professional job. This was Brassed Off at The Wolverhampton Grand Theatre and Alex has not looked back since! He believes this industry is one of the best around and it is what he lives for.

After leaving his secondary school, Alex is going onto the next stage of his training at sixth form to study a BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre). He leaves his school having been an active member of his academy as Music Captain, Full School Student Council Lead and Secretary of the West Region for the Ormiston Academy Trust (OAT) Student Voice. Despite moving on, he is continuing to support Ormiston by sitting as Chair Person on the Youth Advisory Council for the Ormiston Trust so he can make a difference for as many people as possible.
